TENS TALENT BOOKING AGREEMENT

This Talent Booking Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Tens Management LLC (“Tens”) and the undersigned talent (“Talent”). The purpose of this agreement is to define expectations clearly and preserve a standard of professionalism, respect and alignment across every engagement facilitated by Tens.

Representation and Communication

Tens manages all communication, scheduling and coordination for every project. Talent agrees that all conversations with clients must flow through Tens. Direct discussions about availability, rates, future opportunities or any work outside Tens are not permitted. If a client approaches Talent privately, Talent must redirect them to Tens immediately.

Engagement Details and Preparation

Tens will provide all important details before each engagement, including timing, attire, expectations and access instructions. Talent must review this information promptly and raise concerns as early as possible. Being prepared, punctual and aligned with the brief is required for every engagement.

Scope of Work

Talent may not accept responsibilities outside the approved scope. This includes additional content creation, extended time on site, physical assistance or any request that was not cleared by Tens. If something unexpected arises, Talent must notify Tens before agreeing to it.

Professional Standards On Site

Talent is expected to maintain a professional presence at every engagement. This includes interacting respectfully with clients, guests and partners and avoiding behavior that may be unsafe or disruptive. If Talent feels uncomfortable or unsafe at any time, they must notify Tens immediately so action can be taken.

Alcohol and Substance Expectations

Talent may not consume alcohol unless they choose to do so willingly and responsibly. No one may pressure Talent to drink. Illegal substances are never permitted. If Talent feels pressured or encounters unsafe conditions, they must notify Tens right away.

Physical Boundaries

Talent should never be touched or physically guided by clients or guests without explicit consent and professional necessity. Any incident involving inappropriate or unwanted contact must be reported to Tens as soon as possible.

Compensation and Payment Structure

All payment is coordinated through Tens. Talent may not discuss rates or payment with clients under any circumstances. Payment will be issued after the engagement is completed and after the client fulfills their obligations.

Non Solicitation

For twelve months following any engagement or introduction facilitated by Tens, Talent may not negotiate, accept or discuss work privately with any client introduced through Tens. All future opportunities must be routed through Tens.

Media and Content Usage

Talent agrees to appear in photo, video and media captured during the engagement. This media may be used for the approved project. Any extended use or commercial distribution requires written approval from Tens and may involve additional compensation. Talent may not release behind the scenes content or personal recordings from the engagement unless Tens approves them in advance.

Grooming, Attire and Presentation

Talent must arrive on time, groomed, styled and dressed according to the brief provided by Tens. Concerns about attire must be raised before arrival. On site changes that differ from the approved look should not be accepted without confirmation from Tens.

Transportation and Delays

If transportation issues arise, Talent must notify Tens as early as possible. If an emergency prevents Talent from attending an engagement, Tens must be informed immediately so proper arrangements can be made.

No Unauthorized Guests

Talent may not bring friends, partners or personal guests to any engagement unless Tens provides written approval.

Confidentiality

Talent may not disclose sensitive information about clients, locations, schedules or internal operations. Private conversations, client details, rates and project information must remain confidential unless Tens grants permission.

Conduct on Social Media

Talent agrees not to post remarks, complaints or content that could harm the reputation of Tens, other talent, Tens representatives or Tens clients. Any concerns or conflicts must be communicated directly to Tens, never online.

Non Defamation

Talent agrees not to make public statements or private statements that damage the reputation of Tens, Tens talent, Tens representatives or Tens clients. Any issues should be resolved directly with Tens.

Safety and Environment Standards

If Talent encounters unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior, they must notify Tens immediately. Tens will determine whether removal or adjustments are necessary.

Talent represents Tens at every engagement, and their presence reflects the standard, intention and energy associated with the Tens ecosystem. Talent agrees to maintain behavior and presentation that align with the brand. This includes a calm, polished presence, respectful interactions and an approach that supports a professional environment from start to finish.

If Talent behaves in a way that conflicts with Tens standards, including unprofessional conduct, visible intoxication, disruptive behavior or refusal to follow confirmed instructions, Tens may remove Talent from the engagement immediately. Early dismissal may affect future opportunities and may lead to temporary or permanent removal from the Tens roster.

Tens retains the right to end an engagement early if Talent’s conduct jeopardizes the experience, the client relationship or the safety of the environment. Decisions regarding ongoing representation are made at the discretion of Tens.
